1. Introduction

ShowProducer is a generative-AI service operated by Radio.co Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using ShowProducer (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Radio.co General Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Overview

ShowProducer allows users to generate AI-powered creative content (“Generated Content”) based on text or data you provide (“User Input”).
The Service operates on a credit system. Each pack includes a set number of credits and an expiry period:

  • Starter Pack — 500 credits (6-month expiry)
  • Producer Pack — 1,000 credits (12-month expiry)
  • Studio Pack — 5,000 credits (24-month expiry)
  • Station Pack — 10,000 credits (24-month expiry)

We may adjust pricing, pack sizes, or expiry periods from time to time.

4. Use of Credits

Credits are deducted when you generate content. Credits expire automatically at the end of their stated validity period and cannot be reinstated or refunded once expired.
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Licence and Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Input. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material to operate and improve the Service.

Upon redemption of credits, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and distribute the Generated Content for lawful commercial or personal use.

You may not:

  • Use the Service or its output to create or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
  • Sell or resell raw AI output as a standalone product.
  • Misrepresent Generated Content as entirely human-authored where disclosure is legally required.

We retain ownership of the Service, models, and related intellectual property.

6. Accuracy and Responsibility

Generated Content is machine-produced and may contain errors or bias. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any Generated Content before use or publication.
We make no warranties regarding its accuracy, suitability, or compliance with broadcasting, advertising, or regulatory standards.

7. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed via authorised providers. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer law.
Promotional offers or discounts do not affect prior purchases.

8. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and CCPA where relevant).
We may use anonymised and aggregated usage data to improve system performance.
We do not use your individual inputs or outputs to train public models.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, discriminatory, or harmful material, attempt to interfere with system integrity, or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you have breached these Terms.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where possible.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime or modification of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits during the 12-month period preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting help@radio.co.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited. You retain rights to any previously generated content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
