Hello, I'm Joey, and I'm the new presenter here at Radionext. And I'm Will, I'm the juicer here at Radionext. So we launched a radio station mainly because we wanted it to be an additional communication tool at the end of the day. So in distribution, we have ten thousand people who pick and pack and drive parcels and they don't work at a desk like a lot of people do, so they're a very hard group of people to communicate to. I think when you're playing commercial stations it's just a product that's at you, but because we can bring it internal, we can make it specifically for people so that you can request songs that can play instantly. If there's news about the business that you want to know, you can hear it, whether that be overtime or what's on for lunch at the canteen or whatever. We've got every form of communication you could want. We've got internal social media, eighty percent of our people are on that. We send out emails every week, seventy percent of the people read it. So not every communication is right for everybody. Some people like to read, some people like to listen. So radio is just one of those tools. Hopefully if we've got lots of different tools, we'll be reaching the majority of the people that we want to communicate with. Drivers are a real challenge. They spend most of the time on their own. When they come into the business for a very short period of time, they're a very hard group to communicate to. Radio is absolutely perfect. And none of them quite had the same helpful guides that you guys had. The the tutorials online, you know, really swayed it for me because I was able to learn the software before ever even purchasing the software super intuitively, which was incredible. And then when we started to use it, everything just sort of fell into place quite nice. Been massively popular since we've started trialing it. Few listeners that we've had so far, it's been it's been really good feedback. They like the music choice. They like some of the features that we've been putting out. Having the ability to shape the radio themselves, So having the DJ takeover Yeah. Allowing them to send in their request, and it just gets played. It's not a send in a text, then maybe it gets played, you're not too sure. It's they just queue a song up, and it start playing. Yeah. We've been able to build a quite a flexible schedule as well. If you're basing it from someone who comes in at six and leaves at six to break up that day, know, you can have we've had the theme hours and shows that I do and the DJ Takeover again so that it all just feels a bit more broken up and it's not one constant stream of music playing. Stuff has a a structure to it and a familiarity, which is what people like with Raider. It's super easy. Everything from the scheduling to the music uploads, everything is is seamless, which, I mean, at the end of the day, we want it to be as easy as possible, which is exactly why we chose it.
